You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details + for all activities that occur under your account.

Services

Yoga With Imaan Club

- The Yoga With Imaan Club offers an online on-demand yoga membership with a choice of a monthly or annual recurring subscription that can be cancelled at any time.

- Subscription payments will be billed monthly or annually, depending o the plan selected.

- You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, no refunds will b provided for any remaining subscription period.

-Memberships are non - refundable + non - transferable after the initial 14 days cooling - off period in line with the Consumer Contract Regulations (2024). You sign up for a minimum period + this will have to be honoured.

- Under the Consumer Contract Regulations (2024), you are entitled to cancel an unused membership purchase + contract within 14 days from the date of purchase for which you will receive a full refund. Should you have used your membership within the 14 days cooling-off period, no refunds is provided. Any cancellation requests after this date will not be eligible for a refund.

- If joining the Yoga With Imaan Club membership with the free trial, you will be required to give your debit card details. Your account will be charged for the Yoga With Imaan Club membership on the last day of the trail if you do not cancel beforehand.

- Yoga With Imaan Club memberships are non-transferable + access is not to be shared with anyone else.

Yoga With Imaan Studio

- The Yoga With Imaan Studio offers in-person yoga, fitness, + wellness classes + events.

-Payments for single class pass, 5 class passes, 10 class passes + 20 class passes, + monthly subscriptions must be made in advanced.

- Individual classes must be used within 30 days. 5 + 10 class passes are to be used within 3 months and 20 class passes are to be used within 6 months. Any unused credits remaining outside of this time are non-transferable or non-refundable.

- The 'Unlimited Membership' grants you access to all timetable classes; it is a recurring subscription that can be cancelled at any time.

- None of these are transferable with anyone else,

- Events + workshops are non-transferable + non-refundable.

Physical Products

Orders + Payments

- By placing an order through our Website, you are offering to purchase a product or service subject to these Terms.

- All prices are listed in GBP + include VAT unless otherwise stated.

- All orders are subject to availability + confirmation of the order price.

- Payment must be received in full before your order can be processed.

Delivery + Shipping

- We aim to dispatch physical products within 48 hours of receiving your order.

- Delivery time frames: Standard delivery service usually takes 2-4 days.

- Please email for quote for delivery outside of the UK.

- Items can be collected free of charge from the Yoga With Imaan Studio.

- We can only guarantee your order will leave in time for delivery. We cannot guarantee your order will arrive on time, as this is down to our shipping partners.

- Import duties, taxes, + any other charges are not included in the price + are the buyer's responsibility. These charges are set by the destination country. Please check with your local customs office directly prior to placing the order.

- Once your shipment is received by the carrier, we are no longer able to make changes to your order. Please make sure the shipping address is correct before placing your order.

- Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns + Refunds

- We believe you will love our products; however, should you have to, you can return the items within 14 days of receipt. Please note that buyers are responsible for any return postage costs. We advise you use the tracked shipping method for any returns.

- To start the return process, please contact us with your name + order number at mail@yogawithimaan.com.

- Returned items must be in the same condition you received them + in the original packaging.

- Refunds can only be issued back to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 working days for refund to appear back in your account.

- Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. It is advised that you send returns using a tracked service or obtain proof of postage. Please ensure your order number is included in your return.

- Once your return is received, you will be refunded within 10 days, minus postage costs.

You also expressly agree that Yogi Imaan or the Yoga with Imaan Studio instructors do not assume responsibility for the inspection, supervision, preparation, or conduct of any fitness activity, contest, group interaction, gathering, or event that utilises the Service.

Please consult your physician before using the Service in connection with any athletic + fitness activities. This is especially important for persons with pre-existing health problems. Discontinue any use of the Service or engaging in any such athletic or fitness activities that causes you pain, fatigue, discomfort, nausea, dizziness, or shortness o breath + consult a medical expert. Start slowly + at the level that is appropriate for you. Don't overexert yourself. Take breaks periodically. Stop + rest if your muscles, joints, or eyes become tired or sore. Do not use the Service or engage in any such athletic or fitness activities under the influence of drugs or alcohol, + make sure your balance + physical abilities are sufficient for any movements + activities while using the Service.
